The River's first day out....

A small portion of the river was displayed by the London Eye on Saturday 14th October for a photo shoot. Thanks to those who came down and to all those who passed by and took flyers and talked to us about the project. It already looks quite spectacular so to think what we'll all achieve by next March is phenomenal! Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far and keep those squares coming in! Gerard visited Ally Pally on Sunday and returned with a whole bag full!!

Hey, I saw the knit a river at Unravel in Bracknell last week and thought it was fab - such a positive idea. I'll be knitting a square soon. Great stall as well - I'll have to visit the shop when I'm next in London. Best of luck with the project.
